As a free service to you, we will provide a comprehensive market analysis and profile for your office. Your bottom line could average $1/hr per physician, depending on the coverage you choose.
Exclusively RNs understands and has listened to the needs of the physicians and OB/GYN offices. Our state of the art web-based phone system allows your office to personalize the service. With this latest technology, we are able to seamlessly triage your patients as well as document each patient episode.
We offer three tiers of comprehensive after-hours** service:
Tier One Package
- Call coverage any time the office is closed including weekends and holidays
- No call limit or per call billing, no call volume limit
Tier Two Package
- Weekend and contracted holiday coverage only
- Unlimited call volume during weekend and contracted holidays
Tier Three Package
- Limited hours; hours chosen by office providers
- First 20 RN triage calls included in monthly minimum
We are able to process calls several ways. Entries into our system include:
- Utilizing your current answering service
- Leaving a personalized outgoing message for your patients to call us directly
- Forwarding through a branch of your automated system
Additional available service:
- Standing Medication coverage- our staff will phone in prescriptions per your request
